Item Availability and Backorders

Although we do our best to keep our inventory accurate, occasionally items become no longer available or go on backorder.

  • If an item is on backorder it will be shipped to you at no extra charge when the item arrives.

  • If an item is on backorder you will be notified via email and given the option to either keep the item on backorder or cancel the backordered item.

    Unless you instruct us otherwise we will attempt to fulfill any backordered items for a period of three months.

    Return Policy

    In order to keep our great prices, SeminarTapes.com can not accept returns for refund. We will however accept returns for in store credit. Items must be returned in the condition received. Shrink-wrapped items cannot be returned if the wrapping is broken, unless the items are defective. We will not accept items for return with open diskette packages or CD-ROM's that have broken seals.
